the best thing about winter break is that even though I am in Italy working 20 hours a week and taking a class and going to 132431 events a week, I still have so much time to be absolutely useless. USELESS. it is just wonderful. In my uselessness, I have read so many books it is kind of sad. The saddest part of it being that one of these books was ~BREAKING DAWN~ which I never actually read when it initially came out. (wisdom teeth.. almost dying.. wasting time caring about people so for away from perfection it sort of hurt to think about edward).

anyway, now I am completely sucked back in and obsessing. over the twilight series. this is why my life is great, because I currently have TIME to care about things like the twilight series. What a smile it puts on my face.

as for italy, it rocks, and tonight i am going to the opera! but for now, back to Tolstoy.

4.0 for fall quarter!! chicka chicka yeahhh.

my italian has improved eons, i am learning how to cook with ITALIAN LADIES : ), I am making new friends, eating delicious food (and I DOLCI) every night, and reading tons of wonderful books.

pretty much... my life is amazing : )

lessons learned while in italy:
- baking is easier if you use your hands for everything rather than utensils
- wine makes every meal more delicious
- buono is for food, bello is for other subjects
- i am blessed that i get to study abroad twice
- if you love someone the way you should, it's easy to trust them and only think of them.

I have 16 days left in Italy. This is great because I have 16 action packed, all italian speaking days ahead of me. And in 16 days I will be in the arms of the one I love, happier than ever!

Remember those walls I built? Well baby they're tumbling down. They didn't even put up a fight. They didn't even make a sound.

- fourteen days from now, I will be living in Italy.
- I have never been more loved / loved more than I am right now!
- so much stress via so much schoolwork, but I can't even worry about it.
- I eat chocolate chip muffins / croissants for breakfast every day.
- marketing projects live to remind me why I love my major.
- ciao Italiano, helllooo legal studies. new minor!
- 8 months from today and I will be living in australia, with nicholas!
- six weeks in Italy = speaking l'italiano molto bene e leggo molti libri!
- formal was last night and everyone looked stunning!
- today = 9 months with Nicholas : )

Also, found out that while i'm on my internship in Italy this winter, I am working at this incredibly amazing bookstore on the cost, and I get to organize talks by famous authors and help choose which books to bring into the store, and set up marketing campaigns for new titles. All while speaking Italian. mmm..mi piace viaggiare a Italia!

hollaa hopefully it stays that way. I love it when working your ass off like a dork pays off!

Last night the ZBT boys were on their retreat in the mountains... so my sisters and I may or may not have broke into their house and stole their composite. SO MUCH FUN, SO GLORIOUS!
